So you were actually there, inside the cabin to know exactly when they died?If not, leave your assumptions at the door and don't bother speaking again, lest you look like an idiot.

Commercial airlines make the same mistakes too, sometimes ridiculously stupid mistakes are made. NASA stopped flying shuttles for nearly three years and had nine recommendations to put into practice before they could fly again. I'm not condoning them but its very unlikely the same mistakes would be made again.

She didn't die in the explosion, they died from the impact of the crew's cabin hitting the ocean. There was no escape route so you're insulting seven people who experienced the terror of that fall. I remember my science lessons now so that immediatly shows that you were one of those people that pissed about in their lesson and didn't listen and are now in a dead end job with no qualifications and no future.

imagine that you are just about to go to space. A once in a life time chance and it literally blew up............ and the news reporter didn't react at all!

I dont think Nasa knew the in house discussions going on with Thiokol about the o-rings. The final word Nasa got was go for launch from them. My memory could be wrong though.

They were told to delay the launch, but they went ahead with it anyway. Such a tragedy.
