To discount the fossil record b/c it doesn't contain a fossil of every species in all of history is a position that has no merit and points to a grossly uneducated viewpoint.Those that hold this view show themselves to be desperate and very simply afraid of reality.We should all expect more of ourselves.Don't you think it's about time to get educated and grow up?

Also, please consider that fossilization happens very rarely only under very specific conditions (best suited for the ocean floor), so we should not expect to find a fossilized example of every species that ever existed. The that we have so many that all fit into the evolutionary picture and tell a very consistent story about how life has evolved on this planet is awesome and we are very lucky to have it available to us.

Every fossil is an example of a transitional species. The fossil record taken as a whole provides a wonderful picture & tells a very powerful story of how life has evolved over the past billion years.If you would like to discredit the fossil record as evidence for the veracity of evolution, simply find one species fossilized in the wrong geologic stratum. So just go out & find a rabbit fossil in the cambrian rock stratum & you'll be the most famous person in the world.Good luck!

The theory of evolution has withstood tests for over 100 years, passing each times. It's the only explanation we have for a the incredible adaptation and complexity of life and is supported by mountains of evidence. If the creationists had any evidence to support their incredible claims, they'd have presented it by now.

He should include a section on how genetic algorithms are used in Computer Science to approximate solutions to optimization problems using randomness. Much the same life is an optimization on the problem of survival and replication.

Moreover, speaking of definitions:The very term "Evolution" is always applied to those things that evolve via intelligent means (such as evolution of a company or a screenplay etc). The ONLY time the term "evolution" is applied to mean the complete OPPOSITE is by Darwinists in connection to biological evolution i.e.; one genus (kind) evolving into another genus (kind) without ANY evidence as to how or why. Their application of the term evolution is based upon nothing: based on nonsense. |
