Very cool.If all prisons in the world were like this we could rehabilitate all prisoners and would have very little crime. Look at the country with most crime in the world: the US. It's also the country were prisoners are treated worst.

BRING BACK THE DEATH PENALTY!!! Rapist, murderers, etc, etc, are all MUST be sentenced to death!!! Damn! Poor Philippines have no justice at all. I feel sorry for the victims;-( |
