The whole comment is pretty damning concerning Palin's intelligence. It's like a kid getting called on by the teacher when they haven't done the required reading. She just strings together talking-points and hopes it all makes sense. She even mentions "healthcare reform" which she seems to be for in this comment but is now against. What does "healthcare reform" have to do with her position on the bailout. Guiliani probably would have just said "9/11!"
